This policy explains how Ozzie AI collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through this website (ozzieai.com.au, including the NDIS Wizard and SIL Wizard pages). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us when you fill in an enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, mobile number, what you are interested in, and any message you write.
- Booking details if you book a call with us through Calendly: your name, email address and the time you choose.
- Technical and advertising data collected automatically by the Meta (Facebook) pixel on this website: pages viewed, device and browser details, your IP address, and cookie identifiers. If you came from a Meta ad, Meta may link this to your Meta account.
- Hosting logs kept by our website host, such as IP address and pages requested.
We do not ask for health information, NDIS participant information or payment details through this website. Please do not put them in the message box.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, book and run a call, and prepare a quote or demo.
- To measure and improve our advertising, for example to count how many enquiries and bookings an ad produced (the Meta pixel records a “Lead” event when you send an enquiry or book a call).
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To contact you about our products, if you have enquired and have not asked us to stop. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who handle information for us. Some are based outside Australia, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed overseas.
- Netlify: website hosting and form handling. Enquiry form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us.
- Calendly: call booking.
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement through the Meta pixel. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to the data it collects.
- Email and calendar providers that we use to reply to you and run calls.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires.
Cookies and advertising opt-out
The Meta pixel uses cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc). You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account’s ad settings, block cookies in your browser, or use a tracking-blocker extension.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including using encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricting access to our accounts. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to provide our services, then delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ozzieai.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please email us first so we can try to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Customers of NDIS Wizard, SIL Wizard and custom projects
This policy covers this website and enquiries made through it. If you become a customer, how we handle information inside our products and projects is covered by your agreement with us.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
