Does the AI make care or medication decisions?
No. The agents draft and flag; a person makes every care, medication and reporting decision. Anything touching medication or a possible restrictive practice is flagged for a person to review.
What does a person still do?
A person approves notes, assigns shifts, signs off timesheet fixes, lodges incidents and uploads claim files. SIL Wizard does not lodge anything with the NDIS Commission for you.
Do we have to change our rostering software?
No. SIL Wizard works alongside the systems your team already uses, such as ShiftCare. Book a demo and we will confirm how it fits with yours.
How is our data protected?
